Dim sum at Royal China

Woohoo!

Finally met Huihui yesterday to have our complain session and Royal China dim sum! Been wanting to try this and... it didn't disappoint us! :)

Here is Huihui with her newly trimmed hair. Her hair is always so tamed and neat!

We ordered more than usual and we have to leave one last lonely liu sha bao alone. Hahahaa. My favourite out of the 7 dishes we had is the har gao, char siew sou, siew mai, mango springroll and the Royal China Signature Chee Cheong Fun (it contains prawns, scallop and char siew). The char siew sou is super soft and fragrant, comparable to Taste Paradise's. The har gou is one of the nicest I ever had. The skin to prawn ratio is just nice (the skin is thin and yet it did not tear when it contains a relatively big prawn). Not counting Huihui's dessert, this meal only cost us about $23 each, which I thought was pretty worth it. Hehe. Overall the food is above average and we will definitely go back again :)

The ambience is good and I like the tiffany blue and gold combination of the restaurant! Don't know if it was because Huihui placed a reservation, the seat we got was pretty good too...

Ending off with a  photo of us and quite a unglam shot of me trying to smile and say one, two, three..
